Egg Donation - A Happy Ending

Posted: 10 Dec 2009 08:02 AM PST

For those women whose "partners look at them and they fall pregnant" the use of donor eggs may seem completely absurd. It's a case of "If you have never walked in someone's shoes don't judge them," and often it's a complete ignorance, as is the case when you are dealing with a choice you would never have to make. The reality is that, for those increasing woman who, without the use of donor eggs would never be able to experience motherhood, egg donation is the greatest gift of life. The need for donor eggs is on the increase, as infertility becomes a widespread in a sentence that does not discriminate. Our fast paced lifestyles; stress, cancer and delaying having children are all factors that can result in a woman's ovaries not functioning to produce viable eggs for fertilisation. For these woman an egg donor is a last resort and a gift of life. The world of fertility brings fulfillment and joy to couples via egg donation, or surrogacy. In South Africa we are fortunate as egg donation is legal and agencies have an ever-expanding range of doors available to choose from for egg donation.

There is no longer the need to give up on becoming parents, there are so many choices and opportunities now that can ensure that you dream is fulfilled. Our wish for all potential parents is that they are blessed with a new soul, a child that will be unique and beautiful and experience a beautiful and free ending to the infertility journey.

Pregnancy and Nausea - Tips to Treat Your Morning Sickness

Posted: 10 Dec 2009 06:49 AM PST

Here are some great tips that my mother passed down to me when I was pregnant - these are the only tips that are worth using, the others just don't work!

Ginger Tea for Morning Sickness

My favourite, not only because it tastes good but it also takes away any nausea pretty much instantly. Simply grate some ginger, put it on a teaspoon and pour hot water over it to make your tea. It's really nice with lemon and honey too if you're not a great fan of ginger on its own. Have it hot in the summer and cold in the winter - you'll lover it.

Pre Natal Vitamins for Morning Sickness

When you're pregnant, your body often has a vitamin deficiency in Vitamins b6 and b12. If you supplement with the recommended dosages for both for a period of two weeks then this can also help with any feelings of nausea that you have.

The Handkerchief trick for Morning Sickness

This little known trick worked great for me when I was pregnant. Simply put some lemon juice into a handkerchief and put it in your pocket. When you feel ill or slightly nauseous then simply take that handkerchief out of your pocket and have a sniff! At the worst you'll feel slightly stupid but it'll certainly help with your nausea!

Acupressure for Morning Sickness

Hold your hand out with your palms facing upwards and find the most prominent crease in your wrist. Measure two thumb widths up the wrist from this crease and place pressure just about that point in line with the middle finger. Hold down for a few seconds for nausea to disappear. Pro tip: You can also get wristbands that apply stimulation to this area on your wrists and it appears to be effective on most women too.

This little known pressure point tip has been proven to reduce feelings of nausea in most mothers to be! This is a great tip because you can do it anywhere and it's as easy as 1-2-3!

Pregnancy Diet - Get on This Diet Right Now If You Want to Look Hot While Pregnant

Posted: 10 Dec 2009 06:18 AM PST

A pregnancy diet is the right choice for you if you want to ensure that you're eating well, and still maintaining your figure and health. Health and beauty go hand in hand, and getting on a diet today while you're pregnant will make the difference between a "fat pregnancy" and an "attractive pregnancy."

Eat vegetables with every meal

You knew this was coming, didn't you? Did you know that without vegetables, we simply would fall completely ill? Not only that, but if you were to eat a vegetable-only diet, you would NOT starve, AND you'd look better and feel better than if you were relying on bread and canned foods. Further, you'd look trim and hot because your body is simply healthy and vibrant.

The secret is in the water

Water is an essential part of your pregnancy, after all, you need it to hold the baby. Water is a major element in your diet that you simply should not neglect. Drinking 8 to 10 glasses is crucial to stay in tip-top shape and have an easy pregnancy as it aids in the functioning of all your organs. It will also flush out the toxins and get rid of any excess water retention.

Start moving strategically to lose weight

If you can walk, you can do a lot for your pregnancy diet. All you have to do is take 10 minutes each day and dedicate it to walking briskly. This won't just give you energy, but it will also melt any excess pounds off and keep you fit for good.

Pregnancy Miracle Review

Posted: 10 Dec 2009 06:07 AM PST

You're interested with this guide because you think that you're infertile and this is a solution for you. Be it your age anywhere from 20's to 50's, or even whether or not the problem lies with your man. You're on the lookout for a system and guide that will support you in giving birth and that's where pregnancy miracle comes in the picture.

The guide gives you a full 200+ page ebook and 3 months impertinent and personal one-to-one consultation with Lisa Olson herself. Quite the deal here.

This guide does not include modes and methods which implicate drugs, surgery, or illustrative and typical infertility treatments (IVF or IUI) which could even decrease your opportunities of getting pregnant. One thing I do favorably like when it comes to this guide is that it teaches you only all natural ways and methods of getting pregnant.

Pregnancy Miracle involves taking foods that you should take or avoid, taking secret supplements or herbs, (this allocation I liked) making sex work to your advantage for getting pregnant and many more.

The author (Lisa Olson) has put 14 years of trial and error investigation and research into pregnancy miracle before releasing it to the public. She herself has had problems getting pregnant and eventually came to discover certain natural pregnancy methods that cured her infertility. So you may be sure that the methods she teaches, she has personally tested them and made sure it does work.

There is no other guide for a natural way of getting pregnant that i can recommend other than pregnancy miracle. I highly recommend that you check it out if you're having problems getting pregnant.
